Very happy with service and the communication. Our technician (Hector) is a super polite and respectful. He shows up every Friday morning and keeps our pool looking fantastic. If he gets hung up or needs to change the day to Saturday he always texts us. Jeff and his son were great to work with when we set up the service last year and faithfully mail us a statement every month. Good company and great results.

We had Damien and Cody from Thomas Pool Cleaning & Repair clean our tile this morning. There was a lot of scaling around the waterfall and the tile had a ring of mineral deposits at the waterline. Damien skillfully and methodically blasted it all away with glass microbeads. The result is that the tile looks new again. We were worried that some existing cracks in the grout would cause some tiles to fall out, but that was not the case. They cleaned up everything after the job was done. They're very personable, professional and polite. We'll definitely have them maintain it in the future!

This company is awesome!! Being a first time pool owner, it's a little scary with all you need to learn and know. Jeff has been great helping me out, his cleaning service is here once a week, does everything from cleaning, ph levels, filter cleaning, etc. The pool has never looked better!!!!!! He also recommended switching my pump filter to sand...right again!!!!

Had them clean my pool tiles today . 8 years of silica and calcium , tried everything to remove it myself . They came in and made it look good as new in less than 3 hours while I was away on business travel . Excellent customer service and excellent results . Thank you Thomas Pool Cleaning !
